Madison International Realty, a specialty real estate private equity firm, seeks to hire an ESG Analyst in our New York headquarters to collaborate with stakeholders across Madison (including the Compliance, Investments, Portfolio & Asset Management, Human Resources, IT and Investor Relations teams) and specifically, the ESG Manager to implement, track and manage Madison’s ESG initiatives.

Responsibilities for our ESG Analyst include:

  • Conduct KPI data collection and analysis
  • Support sustainability due diligence for existing and new investments
  • Engage with portfolio companies on ESG program development
  • Create ESG reporting and presentations
  • Create reporting materials, including coordinating necessary disclosures with Madison’s Compliance Department, to communicate the Madison ESG activities via PowerPoint presentations
  • Create and develop content and update Madison’s website with social impact, ESG and DEI related details
  • Support development and implementation of social impact and DEI related activities/initiatives
  • Support operations of ESG and Social Impact Interdepartmental Committees
  • Identify and track corporate social impact metrics/KPIs
  • Assist in the management of relationships with non-profit partners
  • Manage Madison philanthropic giving platform
  • Use salesforce to input and track social impact metrics
  • Skillfully navigate the intricacies of working cross-functionally and across regions with many different teams and senior leaders in a fast-paced environment where the ability to influence and build relationships is critical

  • 1-2 years of intern experience data analysis, sustainability, ESG, or real estate
  • Exceptional Excel and PowerPoint skills required
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator
  • Relevant education or work experience in sustainability/ESG in the real estate sector

Salary Range:

$80,000-$110,000
