Trinity Centre is a 950,000 square foot, two-tower office building in the heart of Downtown Manhattan with rare, protected views north/south views given its location between Trinity Church and Zucotti Park. Park Square is a 505,000 square foot landmarked asset, spanning an entire city block of Boston’s Back Bay at a key intersection in one of city’s prime office submarkets. Madison believes the investment presents an attractive entry point into high quality, generational office in a desirable location with premiere walkability and transportation access.
