Over a 10 week period, Summer Associates have the chance to make real contributions to our business results. Candidates become integral members of the team and support all of our major lines of business – Investments, Asset Management, Product Sourcing and Equity Capital Markets. The objective is to develop well-rounded technical and analytical skills, as well as work alongside a team of professionals that add value to our organization and make it possible for our firm to capitalize on new opportunities.
Qualifications for our ESG Intership include:
- The ideal candidate for this role will be an experienced financial professional with:
- Capability to work 40 hours a week during the summer and 15-20 hours while enrolled in a related degree program
- 1-2 years of intern experience data analysis or real estate underwriting
- Exceptional excel, powerpoint and photoshop skills required
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communicator
- Relevant education or work experience in sustainability in the real estate sector
