NEW YORK, February 21, 2020  — Madison International Realty, a leading real estate private equity firm, announced the promotion of Craig Mason to Vice President from Associate.

Mason has been with Madison for over five years, beginning in the New York office and now based in London. He has primary responsibility for the underwriting and execution of Madison’s equity transactions including all aspects of financial analysis, property due diligence and transaction structuring with a geographic focus on the UK, the Netherlands and Australia.  He also works closely with both the New York and Frankfurt offices on equity transactions elsewhere in Europe.  Prior to rejoining Madison in 2016, Mason co-founded a startup in the co-living sector and also worked for a European mixed-use developer, conducting financial analysis and partnership structuring in both prior roles.
