MADISON INTERNATIONAL REALTY SIGNS UNITED NATIONS-SUPPORTED PRINCIPLES OF RESPONSIBLE INVESTMENT
NEW YORK, February 18, 2020 — Madison International Realty, a leading real estate private equity firm, announced that it has signed the United Nations-supported Principles of Responsible Investment (PRI). The PRI is a global network of investors committed to integrating environmental, social and governance (ESG) considerations into investment decisions and ownership policies.

The six Principles for Responsible Investment are a voluntary and aspirational set of investment principles that offer a menu of possible actions for incorporating ESG issues into investment practice. Developed by investors, the principles have attracted a global signatory base representing a majority of the world’s professionally managed investments.
