March 22, 2023 – This March, Madison hosted a group of 18 students from the YWCA Brooklyn at our New York City office to participate in a mock interview and networking workshop to celebrate Women’s History Month and International Women’s Day. This event was an opportunity for the high school students to meet with the members of the Women of Madison group who served as the ‘interviewers’. During the event, the students practiced their interviewing skills, reviewed and workshopped their resumes, received professional working advice, and networked with the other students as well as Madison employees.
Mock interviews were held in 30-minute time slots allowing some time at the end for each interviewer to provide feedback and guidance. Team Madison enjoyed meeting all the students and are excited for their future success!
