Mr. Mahmutefendić serves as Director, Chief Technology Officer (“CTO”) at Madison International Realty, overseeing the global technology infrastructure. He ensures the operational functionality of all technology services, manages technology-related compliance and business continuity efforts, delivers training, and facilitates process enhancement initiatives. Mr. Mahmutefendić has over 16 years of Information Technology management experience with a focus on innovation, data-driven solutions, cybersecurity, and application development. Prior to joining, he served as the Deputy Chief Technology Officer at Eastdil Secured focusing on technology divestiture activities, cybersecurity measures, application development, data transformation and data analytics. Mr. Mahmutefendić holds a Master’s in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from East Carolina University.
