Christopher is the Managing Director of Data and Research leading Madison’s data initiatives, extracting intelligence and insights seeking to position the firm as thought leaders and inform its investment processes. Christopher has 15 years of experience working in commercial real estate data and analytics across a wide spectrum of industry stakeholders. Prior to joining Madison, Christopher was the Director of Strategic Insights at Ten-X Commercial, charged with optimizing KPIs and supporting various business channels with data driven insights. Previously, he worked as a Quantitative Associate at Auction.com in charge of providing data driven tools and insights to clients and worked as a Research Associate at CW Capital. Christopher received a B.S in Economics and a minor in Classical Civilizations from Duke University.
